The University of Toledo has a top-ranked program in Operation and Supply Chain Management. It is one of the few U.S. universities to offer the major. Our College of Business and Innovation has also been ranked one of the best undergraduate business colleges by Bloomberg.
Operation managers oversee a business’ entire operation and help it run more smoothly. They manage people and resources as well as:

- Forecast demand and figure out how to meet it
- Forecast manpower needs
- Purchase and manage resources
- Schedule production
- Interact with suppliers, customers and retailers
