Organize and strengthen the new GLR Board, officers and committee chairs ensuring leadership alignment, responsibility, and organizational activity that deliver to our mission, vision, and strategies.
Identify, schedule, plan and deliver at least six Roundtable events on an annual basis that address industry challenges, promote personal development and industry networking managed by a dedicated event director focused on delivering a “Best in Class” professional event.
Identify at least four university partners and align GLR leadership engagement with regional educators, on-campus student organizations in support of student scholarships, internships, employment, and educational opportunities.
Align at least three key business partners and organizational leadership, ensuring engagement with regional educators and students that deliver value in the form of grants, professional services, and industry workshops, as well as four student internships and two employment opportunities.
Complete the merger of the Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan Roundtables into the Great Lakes Roundtable (GLR) and ensure a unified organizational focus on delivering to our 2023 strategies for the benefit of our stakeholders.
